Since 4 January 2026, compensation for unlicensed music in Russia ranges from ₽10,000 to ₽10M per work. RAO filed about 2,300 suits in 2025. Figures come from public reporting. Can I legally play Muzylo in my venue?
Muzylo is made for public playback in venues, within the terms of your subscription. The catalog holds only original works that Muzylo generated or commissioned: instrumentals, and songs with lyrics written for Muzylo; every track has a rights record. With a subscription we indemnify you against direct RAO/VOIS claims arising from public playback of catalog tracks at your venue, subject to the contract terms, exclusions and limits. Radio, TV and staff phones are not covered. This is not a legal opinion on your own obligations.
Do I still pay RAO and VOIS?
We don't give legal opinions on your obligations. If only the Muzylo catalog plays in your venue, our subscription indemnity covers direct RAO/VOIS claims arising from that playback, within the contract terms, exclusions and limits. Radio, TV and live sets need their own licences.
What if the internet goes down?
The music keeps playing. The player saves tracks for 7 days of your opening hours, or up to 30 days on Pro. Once you're back online, the player refreshes the queue on its own.
What if a payment fails?
The music keeps playing. After a failed payment you get 14 days with everything working. Then the account moves to the Free plan: 5 stations and one zone.
What does it play on?
A browser on a computer, tablet or phone. Open the player, connect a speaker by cable or Bluetooth and press play. The iOS and Android apps are on their way to the stores.
