What your subscription covers
This page lists what the indemnity covers, what it leaves out and what to show an inspector.
Scope
Covered
- Every track in the Muzylo catalog is an original work (an instrumental, or a song with lyrics written for Muzylo) generated or commissioned by Muzylo, with a rights record (engine, license tier, generation time, QC and review status).
- Muzylo indemnifies the subscriber against direct RAO/VOIS claims arising from public playback of Muzylo-catalog tracks at this venue, subject to the subscription terms, exclusions and limits.
- Playback history with per-track rights record ids is available as evidence for the period of the subscription.
Not covered
- Audio not delivered by the Muzylo player (radio, TV, staff phones, customer-supplied files).
- Playback outside the territories listed on this certificate or outside the subscription period.
- Reference tracks uploaded by the subscriber (only their musical features are used; the audio is deleted).
- Live performances, DJ sets and events at the venue.
This certificate is a communication document describing the scope of the Muzylo subscription. It is not a legal clearance or an opinion on any third party's claims.

Every track has a rights record
A track without an eligible record never reaches a speaker.
- 01 Creation Our engine makes the track, or a composer writes it to order. We record the model, version, license tier and prompt hash.
- 02 Automated QC EBU R128 loudness, clipping, silence, duplicates. We don't publish a track that fails.
- 03 Human review A person listens and approves publication. At launch we review every track this way.
- 04 Playback The server queues only tracks with an eligible rights record.

Questions about rights
Why don't you promise full protection?
The indemnity covers specific things: Muzylo-catalog tracks played by our player at the named venue, in the named territories, during the trial or a paid period. It applies within the contract terms, exclusions and limits. We listed everything outside that above.
Does the certificate replace a legal opinion?
No. This certificate is a communication document describing the scope of the Muzylo subscription. It is not a legal clearance or an opinion on any third party's claims. It makes an inspector's questions easier to answer.
What if I receive a claim?
Email [email protected] with the claim, your certificate number and the period. We'll help prepare the reply and export the playback history.
Are my references covered?
No. We take only musical features from references: tempo, key, instruments. We delete the audio within 24 hours. References never play in your venue, and you need the rights to the files you upload.
