Billing questions
What is a zone?
Each zone has its own music stream and schedule: the main room, a terrace, the bar or fitting rooms. On Solo you pay per zone; Pro includes up to 5 zones for one price.
How does the trial work?
14 days with every Pro feature, no card needed. If you don't pick a paid plan, the account moves to Free and the music keeps playing.
How much is a year?
A year costs the same as 10 months: two months free, about 17 % off.
How can I pay?
By card online: YooKassa in Russia, Paddle elsewhere (our reseller, which issues the invoice and handles sales tax). Enterprise customers pay by invoice.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Any time, under Billing. After you cancel, the subscription runs to the end of the paid period and the account then moves to Free.
